At DONNI., we want you to love your elevated essentials, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee, within 5-7 business days.
